The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college organises/convenes meetings to review academic, administrative, and developmental initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of education and institutional performance. The meeting is attended by faculty members, administrative staff, and coordinators of various academic and co-curricular activities.

Agenda and Discussions:

1. Review of Academic Performance: The IQAC reviews the results of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, identifying areas of improvement and strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

2. Teaching and Learning Practices: Discussions are held on the adoption of modern teaching methods, ICT-enabled learning, e-content development, and use of digital tools to enrich classroom teaching.

3. Research and Publications: Faculty research initiatives, publication of papers, and participation in seminars and conferences are discussed, along with proposals for collaborative research projects.

4. Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities: The IQAC evaluates the effectiveness of various student development programs, including NSS, cultural events, and skill enhancement initiatives.

5. Infrastructure and Facilities: The meeting reviews library resources, laboratory upgrades, sports facilities, and IT infrastructure to support teaching, learning, and research activities.

6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Strategies for ensuring adherence to academic and administrative standards, feedback mechanisms, and compliance with university and UGC guidelines are deliberated.
