Students of Khalsa Tri-Shatabadi Government Post Graduate College, Ratia (Fatehabad), Haryana are expected to uphold the highest standards of discipline, integrity, and dignity both within and outside the college premises. They must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the college and conduct themselves in a manner befitting the academic environment.

Punctuality is essential for academic success; therefore, students are required to adhere to the timetable and attend classes, examinations, and all other scheduled activities regularly. Attendance at major college functions and active participation in extracurricular activities are considered integral to holistic development.

Ragging, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards fellow students is strictly prohibited and will invite disciplinary action. All students must carry their Identity Card while on campus and present it whenever demanded by the authorities or the Disciplinary Committee. Cleanliness must be maintained at all times, with garbage disposed of in the designated segregated bins. Spitting, littering, or causing damage to college property will be treated as a violation of discipline.

The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during lectures and in the library. Students are advised not to loiter in corridors or outside classrooms during lectures. Respect for the rights and dignity of both teaching and non-teaching staff members is expected at all times.

Any student unable to attend classes for more than a week must inform the Teacher In-charge in advance or provide a valid reason for the absence. Vehicles should only be parked in designated areas to ensure orderliness and safety.

Consumption of intoxicating substances, smoking, or any activity detrimental to the academic atmosphere of the college is strictly forbidden. By adhering to these codes, students contribute to maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and enriching campus environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
